It’s a very neat installation with top quality equipment at a competitive price. The solar panels are barely visible on our low pitched roof and the Sigenergy battery is very well designed. Even the bollard looks classy (a bollard is compulsory, to protect the battery).

The installation team were professional, friendly and efficient, and only took a few hours to do the installation. When done, they took the time to explain how it works and set us up with the mobile app to track system performance.

The initial sales person was also excellent at explaining the options, and the operations manager was helpful and reassuring. We had to wait 3 months due to parts shortages but this was clearly communicated and once we had an install date all went smoothly. I cannot recommend this company. After completely missing our scheduled solar installation date (failed to book us in despite taking a 50% deposit) and delaying my project a further month and a half, I was forced to cancel and request a refund. The communication following their mistake was slack and incompetent. I had to constantly chase their team up just to get updates on my money. I have finally received my funds back, but the entire process was an exhausting waste of time.
