Tesla Powerwall 2

Tesla, Inc. was founded in 2003, originally as Tesla Motors. Tesla is headquartered in the USA’s San Francisco Bay Area, with office locations around the world (including Sydney Australia). After cutting its teeth on electric vehicle development, Tesla then expanded into commercial and home battery storage. The company arrived on the home energy storage scene accompanied by great fanfare with the Tesla Powerwall battery back in 2015, which was followed by the Powerwall 2 in 2016. The Powerwall is produced in the Tesla Gigafactory in Nevada USA, which also manufactures Tesla Model 3 electric motors and the company’s commercial/utility storage solution, the Powerpack. With easy installation and a minimalist design, Powerwall complements a variety of home styles. The compact, all-in-one construction features versatile mounting options for indoor or outdoor spaces.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Quality Solar Systems recently installed our solar system and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a very neat installation with top quality equipment at a competitive price. The solar panels are barely visible on our low pitched roof and the Sigenergy battery is very well designed. Even the bollard looks classy (a bollard is compulsory, to protect the battery).

The installation team were professional, friendly and efficient, and only took a few hours to do the installation. When done, they took the time to explain how it works and set us up with the mobile app to track system performance.

The initial sales person was also excellent at explaining the options, and the operations manager was helpful and reassuring. We had to wait 3 months due to parts shortages but this was clearly communicated and once we had an install date all went smoothly. Highly recommend QSS as their name reflects their work!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Disappointing experience and terrible communication
I cannot recommend this company. After completely missing our scheduled solar installation date (failed to book us in despite taking a 50% deposit) and delaying my project a further month and a half, I was forced to cancel and request a refund. The communication following their mistake was slack and incompetent. I had to constantly chase their team up just to get updates on my money. I have finally received my funds back, but the entire process was an exhausting waste of time. If you don't have the time to constantly hound a company for basic service, look elsewhere.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Competative pricing for top tier hardware is what drew me in. Their exceptional level of knowledge of all aspects of generating power and use of solar products and the variety of products available was important to me. They are genuine people that went well above in effort, delivery and quality of the finish. I found the team to be really friendly and enjoyed the whole experience. From the boss to sales to the install team, a conscientious commitment to getting it right was the name of the game. Im glad I chose this group to do my job and would recommend them to friends and family.
